Spiced Vinegar

I love pinakurat and spiced vinegar but the thought of buying it purposely from pinoy store is inconvenient for me, worst it undermines my cravings for vinegar dependent dishes. So to resolve this craving-ness i have decided to make my home made spiced vinegar!

SPICED VINEGAR

1/2 bottle apple cider about 16 oz
1 big round garlic crushed
20 pcs chilli padi (Siling Labuyo)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients.
Let it stand for a day before using to allow the spices to flavour the vinegar.
Ready to use.

Vinegar tastes better and better as it ages.

Note: You can add chopped onions and ginger to your liking, but be warned onions and ginger may give a bitter taste after a while.
