Hawaiian Pizza

You don't call it lazy afternoon when you have nothing to do but bake!  You won't deny it once you see those pans and bowls on top of the other, and its never ending. Believe me when I say, I should have been busy reading a book instead.  But kids have convincing power of pulling you off out of your potato couch--ing!  What can I do???  Well, roll those sleeves and let's start mixing ;-).

PIZZA DOUGH (Easy pizza dough)

Ingredients:

3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 c water
1 pack of instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp or more of any italian herbs mix ( for lighter taste, I used the dried one)

PizzaTopping

200g pizza cheese
50 g pepperoni or salami ( use a few cause this is salty)
1 large tomato (thinly sliced)
pineapple chunks
EVOO

Procedure for dough:
In a stand mixer, add flour and salt. Using the dough hook, mix to combine.
Add yeast and sugar then pour the water into the dry ingredients. Continue mixing.
Slowly add oil. When the dough is combined thoroughly, a ball dough is formed.
This time start timing your knead-- for 5 minutes.
Remove the dough and form into a ball.
Place in a bowl and let it rise for 1 hour and a half.
After that ready to use.

Assembling:
Pre-heat oven to 230 degrees, low rack.
Sliced dough into quarter.
Freeze the other 3/4 parts for future pizzeria.
Use a quarter piece.
Stretch out dough into a 9 inch pizza pan, stone or any pizza medium.
Drizzle with EVOO.
Scatter pizza cheese, arrange the freshly sliced tomatoes, then salami.
Top again with pizza cheese and finish up with pineapples.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Oooohhhlalala! Nothing beats the freshly baked pizza!
