Double Chocolate Walnut Brownie

There are times when you have to choose between following standards and going with your hobby-tual instincts, most often the latter is way much convenient and exciting. So tonight, I made this brownie from recipes which I combined and edited for my convenience of course =), no more lengthy procedures just pour, or drop then mix!

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WALNUT BROWNIE

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c vegetable oil
6 tbsp salted butter, melted

1 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 c cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Procedure:

1. Using a ball whisk mix manually the liquid ingredients: eggs, water, vanilla,
    butter and oil.
2. Add flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa powder, combine until well incorporated.
3. Add half a bag of semi sweet chocolates.
4. Place in a 7x11 greased pan.
5. Top with chopped walnuts.
6. Bake at 175 degrees with fan for about 25 minutes. If you test at the center of the pan and the tester comes out with moist brownie, not runny one, that's perfectly fine.
The brownie will totally settle as it cools.
7. Set aside to cool then slice.

Note: Don't over bake to prevent brownie from drying.

Enjoy!

See that melting chocolate, that's the chocolate chip--oozing out in every slice!
