Chicken Blanca Pizza

Home is way much busier on school holidays than when kids are at school.  The most chaotic part of our flat is the kitchen. It's like a restaurant operating 24/7 heating and re-heating anything gastronomic. Not to mention the kids at play in preparing the ingredients and sometimes do the cooking themselves. My 3 and a half year old boy is the most persuasive Sous Chef, demanding to be in charge. It's like a factory, dust of flour everywhere, water on entire counter top, ingredients on the floor... Yeah, it's crazy but i would rather have it this way than having a quiet- peaceful home. For me, home is not a home when the sound of a drop of needle on the floor is deafening. ;-)

     You don't call it lazy afternoon when you have nothing to do but bake!  You won't deny it once you see those pans and bowls on top of the other, and its never ending. Believe me when I say, I should have been busy reading a book instead.  But kids have convincing power of pulling you off out of your potato couch--ing!  What can I do???  Well, roll those sleeves and let's start mixing ;-).
